Monday.

Tuesday.
3 miles at Wa Duke trail--hills.  First two miles done at 8:06 paces.
2 miles treadmill at AE done in 15:11.


Wednesday.
3 mile recovery run
massage therapy

Thursday and Friday no running!  Fly out Friday morning early.

Saturday race begins at 7am.
