Wednesday, almost to Friday, almost there. The week has been full of scheduling conflicts, full of driving kids to and fro (some of them mine, others of them not), eating in the car, changing outfits in the back seat and so on. My car smells like a locker room and looks like a disaster area that should be roped off with yellow tape. Basketball shoes, running shoes, soccer cleats and balls line the back row with clothes strewn on top. The next week and a half will all be much of the same, it's crazy.
So, workout today consisted of a hill workout followed by a (quick change of clothes in the backseat) workout in the gym that has left my arms feeling like jelly. My shoulders haven't hurt this much in months, I'm so out of shape.
Thursday. Track workout. 4 x 400's, 4 x 100's.
