Monday: 3 mi run with 4 x 100 strides at the end
Tuesday: off
Wednesday: Track workout with Jamie: 1.5 mi warm up, 5 x 800's done between 3:16-3:23 (a 6:45ish pace), 1/2 mile cool down (4.5 mi total)
Thursday: 7.7 mile hilly run followed by an hour at Active Edge
Friday: 8 miles, 6 run at MP
Saturday: off
Sunday: 4 easy
Monday: 16 mile run
It's a low mileage week and I'm feeling tired! Hopefully I can locate my iPod charger so I no longer have to listen to my brain while running, need a way to shut it down.
