Now that I've had a decent night's sleep and some time to contemplate, it's time to buck up. Today, with the wind chill, it's only 19 degrees but I've been running in colder temps for months now, so no big deal. Today is a 12 mile run. I'll pull out all my mind tricks to remain focused and keep my feet from freezing. Tomorrow is the indoor tri and a 5K race later that morning. Today is the first day of my new found motivation. We'll give it a try.
