This week's plan

It's Monday!  No sitter today, so a much more creative workout day.   Spent 45 min on the trainer in front of the big screen TV.  Funny, of the 3 events, I thought it was the swimming I disliked most, but I'm thinking that it's now the biking I dislike most.  After biking, I was able to head over to the pool for a swim workout (straight up from my book).  4x50 warmup.  6x50 on interval time of 1:15.  5x100 at 1:52-1:55 with 30 sec recovery.  4x25 at 21 sec. each one.  warm down.   I think in terms of a track, not a lane/length/lap.  :)

Tuesday--Medium long 10.5 mile run (that means MP run on a hilly course).  Active Edge after for some butt kicking.

Wednesday--biking 1 hour + core workout (1 hr).

LOL. :)

After the horrible run, it just left me plain exhausted.

BTW, check your email, I'm planning on a swim workout tomorrow--another butt kicking event.
